Chronology
Five years after Jurassic World Domination, an expedition ventures into isolated equatorial regions to extract DNA from three massive prehistoric creatures for a groundbreaking medical breakthrough. Gareth Edwards “threw everything away” to direct the film, stating before production: “I was going to take a break and start writing my next idea for a film, and this is the film that made me drop everything and dive right in. I love Jurassic Park (1993), so this opportunity is like a dream come true for me. And to work with Frank Marshall and David Koepp, who wrote the script, I think they’re just legends excited."
