Follows a group of military super humans composed by a human leader, a werewolf, a vampire, Frankenstein's monster and a gorgon.. Gunn then greenlit the project himself when he became the CEO of the DC Studios.. Series writer and creator James Gunn appears in the opening titles with a laptop typing a script.
The artwork and character design is beautiful
. Featured in AniMat's Crazy Cartoon Cast: The Return of the King (of the Hill) (2023). However something about this show just doesn't seem memorable to me.
That doesn't bother me
For me it comes down to pacing issues with it. I don't mind the wanton violence or the sex. I just feel this show could have been a bit better.
Alan Tudyk is fantastic
I'm a huge fan of James Gun. I'll still finish the show and I'll definitely be seeing Superman when it hits this Summer. I'm just not impressed with this show.I will say the voice acting on this show is beautiful and top notch.
